Many of our neighbors have lived here for years and value a quiet, friendly environment. We trust that you’ll help maintain the positive atmosphere by being respectful to everyone around you. Please adhere to the following house rules... -No parties or big events. Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. -No smoking in the house or on the premises. $300 fine if cigarette butts or smoke smell is found inside or outside of the house. -Keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. -The use of illegal substances are prohibited. -Palm Paradise has a no-pet policy. -When the A/C is running and the weather is warm, please keep doors and windows closed and ceiling fans on. Overloading the HVAC system could cause the A/C to freeze and not work. -Close and lock windows and doors while you’re away. -If more than the registered guests are staying at the property, there will be a fine of $50.00 per person, per day. -Basketball hoop- do not hang. -Fireplace - This is for decorative purposes only. Do not use for heating purposes. ______________________________________________ KITCHEN Garbage bags, dish soap, and dishwasher packs are available for your use. Please use trivets for hot dishes on any surface. LAUNDRY The washer/dryer are available for your use. Lint trap needs to be cleaned before each use. GARBAGE Please take the green garbage can, which is located on the side of the house, to the curb every Sunday and Wednesday evening. Pick up is very early Monday and Thursday morning. RECYCLING We understand the importance of recycling. The City of Bradenton discontinued recycling pickup. If you choose to recycle, you may drop it off at a local recycling center. We like to use Lewis Park, as it has a great park for families. The address is 3120 First Ave. W. FISHING Fishing poles are in the garage and available to use. Please let the host know if any poles any poles are not working order. HOT TUB The hot tub is available to enjoy. There is a bromine floater that releases chemicals to ensure the water is balanced and healthy. Do not remove the floater. Please put the cover back on after each use. This will help to keep the hot tub temperature consistent. POOL The pool and hot tub are available for you to use. The pool temperature is set to 88 degrees. Please contact the host if you’d like it adjusted. Do not tamper with any of the pool equipment. There is a camera monitoring the equipment. If anything is tampered with or damaged, this may result in a fine. There is a pool sensor hooked to a hose that adds water to the pool. Do not disconnect. This could result in a pump failure. Pool toys are available for your use. Please throw away an inflatables that no longer hold air. *No glassware by the pool or hot tub* WATER SAFETY Swim at your own risk in both the pool and hot tub. No diving allowed. Always keep the gate around the pool closed. There is a safety feature on the sliding door leading to the pool. This should be used to your safety, especially with children. POOL CLEANING The pool will be professionally cleaned and tested each Friday. You may be asked to stay out for an hour once chemicals have been added. Please use the pool net to clean out any leaves that blow in between cleanings. GRILL The propane grill should be ready for your use. If the propane runs out, there is an extra tank in the garage. Please leave the empty tank on the side of the house next to the garbage bins. Grill tools are located in the kitchen drawers. Please turn off the propane tank after each use.
